Cool down with watermelon popsicles featuring ingredients from Rosewood Market

The best way to cool down after fun in the sun: popsicles. Check out this two-ingredient, healthy recipe courtesy of Simple Green Smoothies.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups watermelon seeded and cubed

  • 1 cup strawberries


You can find local berries and local, seeded watermelon here at Rosewood Market in the produce section.


Instructions:

  • Place watermelon and strawberries in blender or food processor. Puree until smooth.

  • Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and insert popsicle sticks.

  • Freeze several hours or preferably overnight before eating.
